Rebellionaire
Rebellionaire was born from a simple realization: there were Tesla investors who had built meaningful wealth by thinking differently, yet struggled to find advisors who truly understood them. After meeting many of these Teslanaires at Cyber Rodeo in Texas, Bradford Ferguson saw the gap firsthand. Traditional firms kept pushing diversification, often without appreciating the conviction, research, and experience that got these investors there in the first place. Rebellionaire was created to be different — a home for high-conviction investors who want thoughtful guidance, active strategy, and real financial planning without being forced into the usual Wall Street mold.

Bradford Ferguson
Bradford is the creator of Rebellionaire. A self-described Teslanaire, he saw firsthand how few good options existed for investors who were "all-in" on Tesla. The idea for Rebellionaire clicked for him at Giga Texas in 2019, when it became clear there was a real gap to fill for people who didn’t fit the traditional wealth management mold.

Before launching Rebellionaire, Bradford started in Chicago as an options market maker, then brought that experience into Halter Ferguson Financial, Rebellionaire’s parent company. Since then, he’s built his work around helping investors think more clearly, act more intentionally, and navigate concentrated wealth with a little more confidence and a lot less convention.

Matt Smith
Matt Smith is a driving force behind Rebellionaire and a big part of what gives the brand its edge. Known for his sharp thinking, deep conviction, and ability to cut through noise, Matt brings a perspective that resonates with investors who aren’t interested in cookie-cutter advice or watered-down opinions.

At Rebellionaire, Matt helps shape the voice, the strategy, and the bigger conversation around what it means to invest with conviction in a world that rarely rewards it. His work is grounded in curiosity, independent thinking, and a real understanding of the mindset behind concentrated investing — especially for people building wealth around bold ideas, not safe averages.

Henry Dierkes
Henry is an analyst at Rebellionaire, where he helps turn big ideas, market noise, and fast-moving developments into research that’s actually useful. He brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to the work, with a focus on cutting through distractions and getting to what matters for investors.

At Rebellionaire, Henry supports the research side of the business with careful analysis, strong curiosity, and a clear-eyed view of the companies and trends shaping the future. His work helps give clients and followers a deeper understanding of the stories behind the headlines — and the numbers behind the story.
